haul-y week

while everyone was busy watching THE TEN COMMANDMENTS at home during the holy week, I was zealously working my ass in the hospital. The stillness and sober ambiance makes me wanna sleep and reflect (chos!) but a nurse is a nurse.. in times like this, i couldnt help but compare my schedule to the cashiers working at 7 ELEVEN or North Luzon Express Way.... but still, lets not forget that non-working holidays means 30% or 50% additional on yer salary..
i so cannot wait to receive my paycheck on the 15th.i think i could buy a new pair of shoes na! haha

and so i did another diy hehe.. was at the mall last Saturday to buy magazines and stuff but i thought of droppin by at ACE HARDWARE to get myself some aluminum tin foils for my acne pants diy courtesy of boots baby but i failed. SO i just purchased this fabric glue coz ive been aching to buy one since forever.

no this isnt balmain-ish! this time , theyre beads , not studs.. i was inspired by UKISS's music video Bingeul Bingeul. i bought the epaulette at sm dept store. Actually its a brooch but i cant figure out how to wear it since it basically looks nicer as an epaulette. its the last one too so buy-worthy siya. oh i love SM for some cheapthrills

and here's another one. the key holders from my dad's old wallet... i thought it would be cool to have it as an embellishment. HORNY for hardwares HAHA

after buying stuff in the mall, i went thrift store hopping near the hospital. It was 3 in the afternoon and the heat was so enough to have caused me some serious brain damage.. pero werq lang! Its summer and i feel alienated with all the heavy black clothes i have in my closet. I want something breezy and air-y.

I was lucky to have bought this loose top. Its quite sheer and the color is just perfect. It looks like a granny dress pero i can see myself wearing this na!

and no this isnt my hospital labgown.. its a white cotton coat i bought for 55 pesos.. winner d ba?Mike was right, you can buy nicer goodies when you shop alone. It may not be branded but i so love the piece. Im thinking of wearing an all white ensemble this time and this will be perfect.

and this was a gift from yekky... Its a nice turtle-shaped cover up .. i love shape shifters, It tremendously gives a nicer shape and sillhouette on yer body.

and heres another fave of mine. I Bought it for 20 pesos.. haha lol. the key in making black standout is to play with textures. and this is texture-packeD! i love the woven details...and the fabric isnt heavy too.

go buy na at yer nearest (or maybe not ) thriftstores and be a happy frugal kid! thats what i love about thrift shopping, theres always something for everyone.
