i love her shoes.. goodness! if the dust on her shoes came all the way from Sweden, i might have licked it clean. chos.

Last thursday , I met up with a very good friend / blogger / reader from Sweden. Her name is Pauline Klippmark and shes half- Filipino , half-Swedish. Isnt it wonderful to see that Filipinos when mixed with other races really turns out to be beautiful, like oh my god beautiful and Pauline really is. Shes having a vacation with her family so we've decided to meet up at where else. Actually she already told me about this vacation 3 months prior i think. She asked me to tour her around manille and show her Vintage stores but i can only think of Cubao X. any ideas? God i aint behaving like a good host here. . I cant even suggest a decent restaurant for us to have a cozy sex and the city-esque lunch and there's always Mcdonalds. So we ended up eating burgers and fries instead of some chowder or some heavily designed pasta or gourmet. Now what is a gourmet? haha

We watched Eclipse and my bad for us not being able to watch the start of the movie. We were like 10 minutes late COZ obviously Valenzuela is nowhere near to civilization. Anyhow, we enjoyed strolling around and taking pictures. Mind you, shes really good at it! oh you, bloggers What would life be without a camera and an outft post?

We really enjoyed discussing things like education here in the Philippines and in Sweden and all that "here-in-our-country " talk . I was like a kid who simultaneously asked questions after questions spite the fact that shes the one who's 19 y.o. but god, shes so smart! I was surprised to hear her laugh about something i said and its funny in an odd way. Odd coz i made a Swedish girl laugh and i cant help but wonder that people can really connect and humor is one great vessel.

I love Sweden and i kindov imbibed some of its fashion and style principles over the time . Plus we have a lot in common regarding clothes, our love for non-brands, cheap make up , wedges and vampires? It was really a fun day and we hoped to see each other once more or maybe 2 to 3 more. Shell come bak around the last 2 weeks of July and i'll be bringin her to Cubao x.
