FADAL me

I'm now officially a member of FADAL Manila (FAshion Designers Alliance) . Will tell you more about the group since im in my most blissful state right now and all i could think of are them wicked butterflies playing inside my stomach. Mike Magallanes and I of Paradigm Shift were chosen by the council to be in their 2011 assemblage. We were very surprised because we recognize that FADAL has this certain qualification and we are aware how talented and super skillful the designers that are members of the group.

When i received the email re: this invitation of being in the group. I hesitated because i know there'll be more crazy crazy commitments , but i said why not and my designer partner , Mike, said its a dream come true for him. so YES!

Last year we were just audience during the FADAL show .. clapping , cheering for Ziggy Savella and others... but now we are one of them . tee hee.

Again Thank you, Lord and Universe. This is such a great start and we promise to bring in more Shifting. In fact we are already working on the 2nd collection. There'll be more projects, more fashion shows from the alliance and i reckon this shall be a great platform for us, as a young artist. We couldnt be more happy and grateful with the warmth the members gave us during our first meeting.

This was the photoshoot for the new members and i was so clumsy that I only brought 1 outfit which is white. In the memo, it was clear that we must bring a pantone , red and white ensemble. Good thing i brought accessories . Special thanks to Yekky Balingit of Miadore for making me a very lovely pantone colored neckpiece just for the shoot alone.. This, i'll blog later.
