COVHERlab F/W 2012-2013 , TwentyThree

Italian brand, Covherlab's F/W 2012 collection 's wise construction and dynamism inspired me to redefine what garments should be valued more. There are hundreds of designers and brands out there that iterate minimalism but Covherlab infused intellect and technical expertise exacerbated by their mastery in interweaving various pattern, textiles (doubled Napa, Neoprene, coated and waterproof fabrics ) and neutral palettes (Ivory, dove , nudes and bones) in creating a compact piece. The designer was heavily inspired by 1900's architectural Rationalism in achieving this sublime and flawless collection.

Entitled "23" , the collection champions their hybrid transformable pieces and highly tailored outwears that evoke mannish sensibilities.
