               4.) or grab the  very essence of the fashion you want to adopt.. like me!

The moment i saw this paneled skirt from the thrift store, i instantly remembered Yang Li! The navy color that is so uniform-ish and tailored is just panache! I am thinking of decreasing the length or I dunno..
