TRAVEL / Yebisu Garden

My first choice for accomodation was Airbnb . To live with the locals like locals would be surreal but the bad reviews held us from commiting to Airbnb so we opted the traditional hotels. It was a dream come true to be able to walk around the residential area of Ebisu Garden. The uniformity of the box houses and the distinct character of narrow streets was a blissful sojourn. I would have loved to hang around for a bit but it was cold and getting dark and our enemy is the terrible rush hour. Honestly, I felt like a creep with my big camera taking photos around the neighborhood. It felt empty though and I think everyone's at work or something.  I will definitely come back to this place.
